We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and passionate Senior Therapist to help manage and inspire our talented spa team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, loves delivering exceptional treatments, and enjoys taking on responsibility in a supportive, professional setting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 preferred), BTEC, or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
• Previous management or assistant management experience is an advantage.

• Performing beauty and spa treatments to the highest standards.
• Maintaining confidentiality, hygiene, and health & safety protocols at all times.
• Keeping up-to-date product knowledge on our treatments and spa packages.
• Supporting and managing staff when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
