What you’ll be doing Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously in existing and new categories/markets. Either in development or in execution phase. High level of understanding of Space planning systems: Subject matter expert in planogram and shop design systems. In-depth knowledge of features, tools, processes and data integration Strong experience and understanding of category management Strong experience/understanding in Data & Analytics: Utilize data analytical tools to monitor category performance, identify opportunities, and present insights and recommendations to the NFR teams to optimize assortment across the various size of planograms and Shop Formats. Analyse existing performance to ensure each shop has the optimal category space to maximize the shop profitability. Strong experience in project delivery: Work closely with Category Management to deliver visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions and defined flow/merchandising guidelines/CDT in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA). Manage the Range Review Cycle from its inception to its final publication in stores. Work closely with Shop Format managers within markets to create and maintain shop plans and in linking the relevant planograms, Fixtures, Equipment to the store layouts. Challenge the status quo in seeking new solutions and continuously improve existing processes Customer focus: Understand the customer, market, circumstances and project scope and find ways to increase the value of the business through assortment and space recommendations Stakeholder management: Successfully manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Work closely with data scientists and BI analysts to deliver analytics and data driven planograms and shop layouts. Build and maintain a strong network with market NFR teams and NFR global teams to align behind their strategies. Be able to effectively interact and influence stakeholders at different NFR levels in a market Relationships and very high cross-cultural awareness. Be able to build and maintain relationship and effectively interface with different cultures and adapt to the local requirements. Teamwork: Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals. Create an inclusive and collaborative environment The role offers a diverse range of responsibility with opportunities to work on planograms, floor plans, and assortment modelling. What you bring Proven experience in Retail Space Planning, Category Management, Merchandising, or Visual Merchandising, with strong knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and product presentation. Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in space planning tools such as JDA, Nielsen Spaceman, Relex, Symphony AI, AutoCAD, or Revit. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder collaboration. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Solid financial and analytical acumen, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
