As a Senior Specialist, you will have the responsibility to oversee clinical practices, mentor junior staff, and ensure the implementation of best practices in acute medical care. Key Responsibilities: Lead the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with complex acute medical conditions. Develop and oversee treatment protocols, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices. Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and specialists in Acute Medicine. Collaborate with allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Engage in clinical audits, research initiatives, and quality improvement projects. Requirements: Medical degree from an accredited institution. Completion of specialty training in Acute Medicine. Current and valid medical license.
