As a Senior Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional acute medical services, leading clinical teams, and ensuring the provision of evidence-based, compassionate care. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage and treat patients presenting with acute medical conditions in a private healthcare setting. Lead clinical teams and provide mentorship to junior doctors and allied health professionals. Develop and implement clinical protocols tailored to the private healthcare context. Collaborate with other specialists and departments to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Engage in quality assurance, clinical audits, and research activities to promote best practices. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards specific to private healthcare facilities. Deliver education and support to patients and their families regarding acute medical issues. Requirements: Medical degree from a recognized institution. Specialist qualifications in Acute Medicine. Valid medical registration and licensing appropriate for private healthcare practice. At least 5 years of experience in Acute Medicine, preferably with experience in private healthcare. Proven leadership and clinical management skills.
