Summary of Role: Oversee the activities of logistics management, & daily deliverables of the process. This position is responsible for entering/auditing Freight Billing data into the RXO systems and resolving issues with freight invoices to ensure prompt payment. Review and resolve Billing/Auditing Errors keeping Past Due and Business SLA’s within TAT. Researches and resolves all issues and documents resolution; performs data entry or corrections of invoices or shipment information to match invoices; tracks and communicates root-cause analysis of issues to support continuous improvement. Coordination with US & cross functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Enter carrier freight billing data into the system for invoice preparation. Audit invoices with the help of the documents/contracts & provide necessary updates. Contact clients and preparations of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Work on manifest or bulk upload of invoices for the Spreadsheet Upload Process. Reviewing the invoices thoroughly & approving it for payment. Collaborate with the invoicing, operations, and all teams required. Validate system data for accuracy of customer and carrier contracts. Follow and apply all SWI’s and process documents. Ensure efficient, accurate, timely and thorough completion of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables across all functions. Identify trends to reduce waste, Seek continuous improvement across all functions/processes and accounts. Help other RXO Logistics Freight Audit and Payment staff with the freight invoicing process. Assist Peers with queries, process updates etc. . Technical / Functional Skills: Broad range of network and desktop knowledge, including experience with Microsoft Office programs and various RXO operating systems desired. Basic application of Excel. Good spelling, punctuation, and English grammar skills. Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively both orally and in writing. Skill and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentations applications. Ability to work independently, prioritize work to meet schedules and timelines Should analyse issues and process problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience on Freight Billing Process is a plus. Time management skills, ability to follow and create SWI’s. General Skills: Bachelor’s degree required. 4-6 years of experience, Logistics/Transportation experienced is desirable.
