Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead
Location: Farmington, CT (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • 12 years experience directly managing software implementation projects
  • 10 years experience in design development customization Implementation Integration and administration of MS Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Certified MS Dynamics 365 Professional
  • Minimum of 5 full lifecycle D365 CRM implementations Analysis Deployment
  • Worked on C Visual Studio SQL Server DAX queries PowerApps Studio PowerBI Desktop and Azure Analysis Services
  • Work with the sales and support teams to scope proposed system changes and new uses with an understanding of costs and benefits
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills written and verbal communication skills work well in teams and instill customer confidence
  • Expertise in extending Microsoft CRM functionality via building custom addons plugins integration and rich xRM applications development
  • Strong customer relationship skills and experience
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Also having done projects on premise cloud support upgrade and Migrations
  • Project Scheduling Monitoring Risk analysis and mitigation
  • Responsible for all SDLC activities code review mentoring team resource planning and providing
  • Designed and developed Microsoft Flow PowerApps and PowerBI reports
  • Worked on Office 365 Dynamics 365 and SharePoint APIs
  • Experience in integration with CRM adapters KinswaysoftScribe
  • Involved in presales RFI preparations RFP preparations and training end users
