JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture specializing in Salesforce Integration and Data Architecture to design and lead scalable solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP Streaming APIs and event driven architectures.
Architect and optimize Salesforce data models to support business processes and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform architecture including security models and governor limits.
Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Mentor and coach teams on best practices in Salesforce integration and data architecture.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices including continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance for Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce applications focusing on integration and data architecture.
Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Analyze and optimize complex business processes to support Salesforce architecture and data flows.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to Salesforce integrations and data management.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including integration specifications and data architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including Salesforce administrators business analysts and QA throughout the software development lifecycle.
Lead agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning effort estimation and delivery.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
