Job Description As the Assistant Manager, Talent & Learning Development, you will work on impactful initiatives to empower employees across the organization. Focus areas include: 1. Talent & Learning Strategy Implement enterprise-wide learning and talent initiatives that enhance individual growth, organizational capabilities, and leadership effectiveness. Collaborate with business leaders and strategic partners on compliance-related, operational, and leadership development training, with a special focus on Flight & Cabin Crew and other key teams. Partner with People Science team to design programs integrated with neuroscience-based approaches, embedding modern learning principles. 2. Learning Needs Analysis & Programme Design Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNA) to identify skill gaps and create development roadmaps for Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, and Office staff. Design engaging learning content using innovative delivery formats (in-person, virtual, or blended) and relevant technologies like Articulate. Optimize digital learning platforms to enhance learners' engagement and accessibility. 3. Programme Management, Delivery & Evaluation Oversee end-to-end program execution, including content creation, vendor management, and learner engagement. Ensure learning platforms remain up-to-date with accessible and impactful content for self-directed learning. Analyze program effectiveness using learner feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Leadership Development & Coaching Building on the Scoot’s Leadership Development Framework to build a future-ready leadership bench. Design leadership development programs that enhance coaching, communication, and management capabilities in alignment with Scoot’s values and leadership framework. Track and accelerate development for high-potential leaders and successors through tailored learning interventions and experiences. 5. Career Development & Talent Mobility Create and implement career pathways, competency frameworks, and career planning tools. Support succession planning through talent mobility, and identify skill gaps, proposing targeted talent development strategies. Monitor the success of career mobility and development programs, ensuring alignment with workforce needs. 6. Culture, Mindset & Organisational Transformation Partner with stakeholders to foster a culture of learning, growth, and continuous capability-building. Support organizational transformation goals by championing mindset-shifting programs and change management initiatives.
