We are currently ramping up our F&C holding team in Kuala Lumpur to support our global operations with unique capabilities. As (Senior) Specialist for Business Intelligence, you will proactively contribute to the design and implementation of a viable corporate treasury function covering processes, applications, systems, and reports through leveraging state-of-the art technology. In doing so, you will closely collaborate on with various stakeholders from accounting, controlling, tax, and our treasury team in our holding in an exciting international environment. This role requires profound technical experience in treasury applications and processes, paired with strong analytical skills, a results-oriented way of working, and sound technical know-how (Microsoft Power BI, SAP ByD, TIS, Microsoft Excel). Job Description Drive and support the digital transformation of our treasury department as well as the wider finance and controlling function at Roland Berger Maintain applications, processes, and reports for steering, reporting, and forecasting of our group liquidity and further financial KPIs Take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of Treasury applications, processes, and reports by proactively driving innovation and automation (e.g. create new reports with unprecedented insights) Steering of external and internal IT capacities for Treasury Contribute actively to inter-disciplinary projects for our global F&C function Qualifications At least Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Financial Engineering, computer science with minor Finance or related field At least 3 years of experience in the professional services industry, ideally in finance Professional experience with design and analysis using state-of-the-art BI applications (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik) Analytical and results-oriented working style, strong implementation skills and a distinct understanding of numbers Good communication and teamworking skills Business fluent English skills.
