Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Campaigns Specialist to join the Dmart Commercial team. This role will be responsible for executing pandora campaign strategies in our local markets that drive customer engagement, sales, and profitability. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with marketing, category managers, and local campaign & promo teams to develop and manage campaign guidelines, create trade marketing calendars, and ensure alignment with regional business goals. You will play a key role in driving conversion and promotion effectiveness through implementation of an effective campaign framework. Responsibilities: Assist in defining regional campaign guidelines, collaborate with local category & campaign managers to ensure appropriate product selection & mechanics for campaigns to maximize sales, margin and conversion. Support the development and implementation of utilization strategies of front-end merchandising & CRM assets to maximize performance (clicks & conversions) Work closely with local commercial teams to define trade calendar & campaign strategy in utilizing frontend assets to maximize performance of media assets. Work closely with the marketing team to define and prioritize campaign calendars for Top & Mid-tier campaigns, ensuring initiatives are aligned with key business objectives and market conditions. Ensure all campaigns align with seasonal trends, regional demand, and key business initiatives (e.g., product launches, festivals, or promotions). Analyze campaign results and collaborate with marketing and category teams to optimize ongoing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance. Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations. Stay informed of regional market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to ensure campaigns are relevant and competitive. Conduct analysis of local and regional promotional activities, measuring campaign success to capitalize on market dynamics and customer preferences. Support local teams in troubleshooting issues related to campaign execution Qualifications ​​​​​​5+ years of experience in a trade marketing / digital marketing / commercial / campaign role in grocery ecommerce or a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Excellent project management skills with proven experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial, supply chain, etc.) to define and execute trade calendar and campaigns. Proven experience in campaigns development, execution & optimization Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online promotions, and consumer behavior in the grocery sector. Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth through trade marketing campaigns & promotions Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize for better results. Excellent communication (fluency in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and partners Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Agile and adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions.
