SearchPlus HR, a leading human resources consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Specialist Cardiac Electrophysiology to join a prestigious Government Healthcare Facility. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to high-quality cardiac care in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment. As a Senior Specialist Cardiac Electrophysiology, you will take a leadership role in diagnosing and treating complex cardiac arrhythmias through advanced electrophysiology techniques. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, lead electrophysiology studies, execute catheter ablation procedures, and mentor junior team members. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to develop effective, patient-centered treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Lead the evaluation and management of patients with complex cardiac rhythm disorders Perform and oversee electrophysiology studies, advanced mapping, and catheter ablations Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior electrophysiology staff Work collaboratively to design and implement personalized treatment protocols Maintain and expand knowledge of current advances in cardiac electrophysiology Medical degree with eligibility or valid license to practice in the UAE Board certification and extensive experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology Proven expertise in managing complex arrhythmias and performing advanced electrophysiology procedures Strong leadership qualities and experience mentoring clinical teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to UAE healthcare standards Familiarity with UAE medical regulations is advantageous Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
