This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of cardiac care, delivering exceptional surgical treatment to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions. As a Senior Specialist, you will be instrumental in performing advanced cardiac surgeries, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to innovative treatment strategies within a multidisciplinary team environment. Responsibilities Perform advanced cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and other complex interventions Assess and manage patients pre-operatively and post-operatively to optimize surgical outcomes Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Supervise and mentor junior surgeons and surgical staff to foster professional growth and technical expertise Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to advance cardiac surgical practices Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of surgical safety and patient care Medical degree with specialization in Cardiac Surgery and valid medical license Extensive experience in complex cardiac surgical procedures within a leading healthcare environment Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-risk surgical cases Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring surgical teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest techniques and medical advances in cardiac surgery Good salary packages plus other standard benefits like accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc.
