In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations within the Central Control Unit, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with safety and operational standards. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and performance across various operational processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor ongoing operations within the Central Control Unit. Respond to emergencies and anomalies in real-time, ensuring rapid and effective resolutions. Collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate seamless communication and operational efficiency. Conduct regular system inspections and preventative maintenance to guarantee operational reliability. Develop and implement protocols for system monitoring, data integrity, and incident management. Provide mentorship and training to junior staff on CCU operational procedures and best practices. Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve overall system functionality. Engage with technical teams to troubleshoot and swiftly resolve any encountered issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all CCU operations and suggest areas for improvement. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in control room operations or a similar environment. In-depth knowledge of CCU systems, monitoring technologies, and automated controls. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving. Proficiency in relevant software and monitoring systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment. Detail-oriented and committed to safety practices.
