Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Specialist - CCU (Central Control Unit) Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of monitoring and controlling our operational systems, playing a key role in ensuring safety, security, and efficiency across our state-of-the-art facilities. As the Senior Specialist, you'll leverage your expertise to optimize performance, enhance operational workflows, and lead a high-performing team. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Central Control Unit. Monitor real-time system performance and respond to critical situations or alarms effectively. Coordinate with technical and operational teams to maintain optimal communication and workflow. Conduct routine assessments and maintenance checks of the CCU systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures. Develop and document standard operation procedures and best practice guidelines. Guide and train junior operators on CCU functions and emergency response protocols. Analyze operational data, preparing reports to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in control room operations or a related field. Deep understanding of CCU technology and operational processes. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments. Experience with monitoring, control systems, and relevant software tools. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. Detail-focused mindset with a commitment to safety and compliance.
