Job Summary The Senior Specialist- City Command Unit at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a crucial role in the operational excellence of our vibrant entertainment ecosystem. This position involves monitoring and managing real-time operations, coordinating emergency response efforts, and ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees across the entire Qiddiya project. As a Senior Specialist- City Command Unit, you will be responsible for utilizing various technologies and systems to oversee daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing the visitor experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitor real-time operations using various surveillance and communication technologies. Coordinate emergency response efforts in collaboration with local authorities and safety teams. Document incidents, service requests, and operational data for analysis and reporting. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational policies across the command unit. Analyze operational metrics to identify patterns, risks, and areas for improvement. Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure seamless collaboration and execution during operations. Participate in drills and training programs to prepare for various emergency scenarios. Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency and safety. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Safety, Operations Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a command center, emergency management, or similar role. Strong technical proficiency with command and control systems and relevant software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders. Familiarity with safety and security regulations in the entertainment or public venue sector is an advantage. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
