MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree with 5 years of post-qualification experience (admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction is a plus).
• Proficiency in corporate law, litigation, and secretarial work.
• Very good experience in Contract Management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• High integrity and ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Practical and commercial judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of English: at least B2.
• Willingness to travel and ability to prioritize and take responsibility for projects proactively.

PREFFERED REQUIREMENTS:

• In-house experience in a multinational business environment, particularly in professional services, consulting, or oil & gas/mining/lubricant sectors.
• Experience in GDPR compliance and regulations.
• Experience in Corporate Law.

• Legal Reporting: Regularly update the Legal Counsel for EMEA and other key stakeholders on relevant legal matters.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing group policies, processes, guidelines, and directives.
• Legal Advisory & Services: Provide expert legal advice, facilitate contract negotiations, and develop strategies to support business growth, mitigate risks, and protect the company’s interests.
• Comprehensive Legal Support: Manage all legal matters in the assigned region, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, overseeing legal risk management, and providing day-to-day legal support to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Legal Compliance: Assist in implementing compliance policies for critical areas (e.g., Data Privacy, Export Control, Sanctions, Ethics, Integrity, and Competition) and provide expert guidance to ensure legal conformity.
• Dispute Management: Support dispute resolution, participate in negotiations, and manage legal proceedings or discussions to achieve favorable outcomes for the company.
• Company Secretarial Function: Ensure efficient corporate secretarial operations, maintain corporate records, and comply with applicable company laws to protect shareholder interests
