This role supports the development and implementation of SHA’s Community Engagement Strategy, advances best-practice approaches through frameworks, toolkits, and communications resources and aligns community engagement with government relations and foundation partnerships. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, operational advisement and measurement of engagement initiatives. By cultivating trusted partnerships and driving innovation, this position strengthens public trust, enhances service delivery and amplifies the province-wide impact of SHA’s engagement and philanthropic efforts.
