PH-Prof II Comp & Ben Work Schedule Philippine Holidays observed Mid-shift schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 MN or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Key Responsibilities Benefits Administration (End-to-End Process) Government-mandated benefits: SSS Sickness and Maternity claims SSS Loans and Calamity Support Pag-IBIG Loans Company-initiated benefits: HMO queries Leave queries Calamity package queries New Hire Orientation Conduct orientation sessions for new employees Present and explain the end-to-end benefits program Employee Support & Ticket Management Handle 20–30 tickets per day related to benefits concerns Provide assistance on: SSS Loans (end-to-end process) Leave management General employee concerns on benefits Core Competencies Strong knowledge of Philippine government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) Excellent communication skills for handling queries and conducting orientations Ability to manage high ticket volume with accuracy and empathy Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple benefit processes simultaneously Working in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
