We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our 1st Line Control, Global Collateral Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, Florida. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: This role resides in the First Line Control Team of the Global Collateral Platform. The team is responsible for the delivery of Platform risk and control strategy, roadmap and priorities. The role will support the Risk framework for the business including: * Identifying, assessing, monitoring and overseeing management of Platform risks and controls across Platform * Support plans to improve the risk and control operating model * Deliver high-quality RCSA execution, including risk identification, control mapping, assessment, and documentation * Provide coordination and execution of issue management, ORE management, and control telemetry for the Platform, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and leading optimization efforts * Champion the root cause, remediation and reporting of key incidents, issues management, controls assessments, issues as relevant to the Platform To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Experience in compliance, risk or operational governance is preferred, with demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability, and strong oral and written communication skills including providing technical advice * Organized, reliable team player who takes initiative with a strong capacity to work autonomously, responsibility towards client outcomes, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and the team. * Great interpersonal and communication skills * Contributes to an inclusive working culture.
