TRAINING & EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING

  • Support the development of educational programs for sewing centers, consumers, and employees
  • Plan and manage the creation of scripts for educational videos
  • Manage the copywriting, editing, sign-off, and execution of materials
  • Obtain appropriate approvals before the execution of projects
  • Seek new training opportunities that support new and existing sewing centers
  • Work Cross-functionally (shared services & BU) to assist with Artspira educational and project support
  • Manage event scheduling and reporting
  • Support social media team as needed
  • Plan and manage supplies needed for training, events, and production

Must be willing to travel Bartlett, TN or events up to x2 a month as needed

  • The salary (or hiring) range for this position is $ 85,000.00 - $ 100,000.00 per year
  • Starting salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location, and alignment with market data
  • This position is eligible to participate in the relevant Brother variable pay incentive plan(s). Applicable bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon 1) achievement of your individual objectives and 2) Brother achieving its corporate and business-level objectives
