In this role, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and data stores, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, governance requirements, and security policies. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.  Minimum Qualifications and Experience Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce, Information Studies, or Information Technology. Experience: 5–7 years in data engineering, including building databases, warehouses, and integration solutions. Strong experience with AWS, SQL, PL/SQL, Spark, and data pipeline tools. Proven ability to optimize big data architectures and create APIs. Solid understanding of data principles, integration patterns, and performance optimization.  Key Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures. Implement data integration, warehousing, and reporting best practices. Build infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using AWS and SQL technologies. Develop APIs and data tooling to support data consumers. Automate processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in collaboration with Information Security teams. Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements for data systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  Competencies Technical Competencies    Advanced skills in Data Engineering Data Integrity and Big Data Frameworks Strong IT knowledge and stakeholder management capabilities.   Behavioural Competencies   Analytical and detail-oriented.
