Role description
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Support Engineer to oversee and manage ETL support operations across critical data platforms The ideal candidate will bring handson expertise in Informatica IICS Snowflake Oracle and UNIX with partial exposure to SAP BODS This role demands strong problemsolving skills proactive incident management and the ability to lead crossfunctional support teams in a 24x7 environment
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage ETL support activities ensuring high availability and performance of data pipelines
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve issues in Informatica IICS workflows and Snowflake data integrations
Optimize Oracle SQL queries stored procedures and performance bottlenecks
Support UNIXbased job scheduling scripting and log analysis
Coordinate with development infrastructure and business teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes
Maintain and enhance support documentation runbooks and SOPs
Participate in root cause analysis RCA and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support engineers
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SLAs and compliance standards are met
Required Skills
Strong handson experience with Informatica IICS and Snowflake
Proficiency in Oracle SQL PLSQL and performance tuning
Solid understanding of UNIXLinux environments and shell scripting
Exposure to SAP BODS and ability to support migrated workflows
Familiarity with ITIL processes Incident Problem Change Management
Experience in production support monitoring tools and ticketing systems eg ServiceNow
Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Systems or related field
Certifications in Informatica Snowflake or Oracle are a plus
Experience in 24x7 support environments with shiftbased operations
