Your technical understanding and structured approach help you anticipate risks, guide decisions, and earn trust across engineering and product organizations. A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering/science, physics, or a related field Solid experience in chip design IP delivery or SoC integration, including release and configuration management Basic understanding across development phases (IP design, verification, physical implementation, DFT, integration, validation/test) Good project management skills: planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication Very good communication, negotiation, and documentation skills; confident driving reviews and decisions with business-line project managers Ability to work effectively across sites and time zones The Development Center Dresden was launched in 2019 and is growing successfully.
