This position calls for an experienced medical professional who is dedicated to serving the community and making a significant impact in emergency care. The ideal candidate will provide leadership in a fast-paced environment, managing critical medical situations and coordinating patient care with a focus on quality and efficiency. As a Senior Specialist in Emergency Medicine, you will oversee the treatment of patients with acute illnesses and injuries, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of medical care. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring junior staff, participating in departmental initiatives, and contributing to policy and procedure development to enhance emergency services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the emergency department's clinical operations, ensuring effective patient flow and high-quality care Assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a range of emergency medical conditions Supervise and mentor junior physicians and medical staff within the department Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient management Implement best practices and protocols to optimize patient outcomes Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the emergency department Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and departmental activities Participate in training, education, and public health outreach programs Stay informed about advancements in emergency medicine and recommend improvements in practice Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution Board certification in Emergency Medicine required At least 5 years of experience in an emergency medicine setting, with demonstrated leadership capabilities Proficiency in managing complex medical emergencies and performing advanced procedures Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and decision-making abilities under pressure Commitment to community service and patient-centered care Experience working in a government facility or knowledge of relevant healthcare policies is a plus Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Benefits are a Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
