SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist in Emergency Medicine to join a leading health care facility. This role involves providing expert emergency medical care to patients, leading emergency department teams, and contributing to the development of clinical protocols. The candidate will play an essential role in managing critical situations, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assessing and treating a wide range of medical emergencies, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior medical professionals. The Senior Specialist will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to healthcare standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert emergency care to patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions Lead and supervise the emergency department team effectively Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols Engage in continuous professional development and staff training Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Participate in research and quality improvement activities in emergency medicine Document patient care accurately and thoroughly Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Emergency Medicine Board certification in Emergency Medicine or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' experience in emergency medicine, preferably in a leading healthcare institution Strong leadership and team management skills in clinical settings Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure Effective communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with healthcare policies, regulations, and standards Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and continuous improvement Benefits are a Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance.
