As a Senior Specialist, Employee Communications, working hybrid as needed by the business in Pasay, Metro Manila Philippines, you’ll be a part of bringing humanity to business. #experienceTTEC What You'll be Doing The Global Employee Engagement Senior Specialist – Employee Communications (APAC), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring impactful employee communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire our workforce across the region. We’re looking for an up-and-coming communications visionary who is passionate about best practices, emerging trends, and creative storytelling in the employee communications space. During a Typical Day, You'll Translate complex business updates and strategies into clear, engaging messages for APAC employees • Develop and deliver a variety of employee communications, including: • Support execution of communication plans, including messaging, tactics, and timelines • Partner with internal stakeholders in APAC region (Philippines, India and Australia) to support company and departmental initiatives • Provide communication guidance and recommendations to internal clients • Support special events, program launches, and regional initiatives • Draft and edit content using AP Style, ensuring consistency with TTEC’s brand and voice • Track engagement program participation, effectiveness, and outcomes What You Bring to the Role • 3–4 years of experience in employee communications or a related role • Background in corporate communications preferred • BA/BS in Communications or related field preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Willingness to travel up to 50%25 during offsite events What You can Expect • Collaborative and relationship-oriented • Proactive and solutions-focused • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment • Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective • Demonstrates ownership and accountability A Bit More About you Role • Strong understanding of TTEC’s culture, business, and employee audiences • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder-management skills • Strategic thinking with attention to detail • High level of integrity and discretion Visit https://mybenefits.ttec.com for more information.
