You’ll work on high-impact initiatives that strengthen governance, align assurance activities, and drive organisational change. Development opportunities include shaping methodologies, influencing senior leaders, and embedding best practice assurance across a complex environment. You will advocate for change, build new solutions from scratch, and broker agreement among diverse stakeholders to deliver greater efficiency and transparency in a challenging, high-profile environment. You’re recognised as a confident influencer, skilled at negotiating consensus and driving transformation, and experienced in working with senior executives to deliver enterprise-wide improvements.
