AI and Data Intelligence Capabilities Perform the development, deployment and maintenance of advanced AI/ML models, including NLP, time series forecasting, graph analytics that support comprehensive risk detection, predictive analytics, and decision-making at group and regional levels. Lead the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of the Group-wide AI risk framework, ensuring consistent application and integration of AI/ML solutions across regional teams and business lines, delivering scalable AI/ML solutions that generate actionable risk insights, enhance risk detection, and improve decision-making Serve as the senior advisor for AI/ML risk initiatives across Group Risk, regional risk functions, and other stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration and alignment, ensuring consistent application, governance, risk model transparency, and scalability across risk types, geographies, and business segments. Collaborate with regional risk teams, business lines, and central functions to identify cross-cutting risk intelligence opportunities and cross-functional use cases that support enterprise-wide risk monitoring and mitigation strategies. Partner with domain experts and risk owners to translate complex requirements into data-driven, AI-powered solutions. Take ownership of developing and managing the risk AI/ML and data intelligence program roadmap, including governance, risk assessment, model transparency, and scalability, balancing global consistency with regional customization needs. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI/ML use cases that support effective risk management and control enhancement regionally. Drive innovation and alignment of risk AI/ML capabilities with the broader enterprise risk strategy and transformation roadmap by identifying emerging technologies, evaluating their applicability, and incorporating best practices into enterprise risk management. Lead the institutionalization of automated AI/ML and data pipelines for continuous risk model lifecycle management, including training, validation, deployment, monitoring and refresh cycles, across group and regional environments. Ensure AI/ML solutions are scalable, interpretable, auditable, and compliant with internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements and standards, fostering trust and transparency across all jurisdictions. Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation of risk modeling methodologies, development rationale, validation results, and deployment protocols in line with audit and governance requirements. Lead efforts to coordinate risk AI/ML initiatives and data integration across regional boundaries, balancing local risk nuances with group-wide strategic priorities and promote standards for AI/ML model governance, documentation, and auditability across all regions to meet rigorous compliance standards and risk frameworks. Infrastructure and Collaboration Work closely with data engineering, technology and platform teams to ensure infrastructure readiness for scalable enterprise and regional risk AI/ML initiatives, including data pipelines, model serving, and ML Ops capabilities. Collaborate with the Group Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE) and data governance teams to ensure timely access to high-quality and governed data assets. Promote reusability and interoperability of AI/ML components within risk platforms and enterprise ecosystems. Facilitate seamless integration of AI/ML insights into enterprise and regional risk management dashboards, reporting tools, and workflows support strategic and operational risk management., ensuring timely and actionable risk intelligence is available to decision-makers regionally.
