WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analytics, ideally with a focus on environmental data and reporting (GRI, GHGP, CSRD)
Strong analytical skills in data capture & forecasting (including knowledge of Excel, Power BI,…)
Detail-oriented, proactive team player able to set priorities in a global environment
Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
Responsibilities
Monitor developments in external standards (e.g., GRI, GHGP, CSRD) and assess their impact on Henkel
Propose and implement updates to internal processes, policies, and standards; ensure site-level compliance; and deliver training through seminars and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Maintain data quality by implementing internal controls, documenting processes, and supporting external audits and sustainability ratings
Prepare tailored reports and dashboards for audiences from operational teams to senior management, including forecasting models for predictive analysis
Ensure accurate collection, control, and evaluation of Henkel’s global environmental data in line with internal and external standards, for internal needs and external disclosure (e.g., CSRD, CDP, AISE, EcoVadis, VCI)
Maintain and enhance environmental data systems (e.g., Sphera, Henkel Data Platform, Power BI), including automation and dashboard development
Lead and support environmental data projects, and coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholder groups on topis such as integrating non-production sites, improving estimation methods, fleet reporting and system improvements
