• Develop and plan aseptic filling processes in close collaboration with customers and suppliers from the design phase to production-ready handover.
• Solve complex technical problems in cleanroom and filling technologies as well as in cleaning and sterilization systems.
• Take on the professional leadership role within the project team and ensure clear structure, organization, and delegation of tasks.
• Coordinate the creation of key project documents such as flowcharts, installation plans, specifications and tender documents.
• You are responsible for costs, deadlines, and quality within your planning area.
• Manage technical procurement processes, evaluate offers, create analyses and support the award process.
• Actively contribute your pharmaceutical engineering expertise, identify project risks early on, and act as a role model in communication, leadership, and best practices.

Showcase your skills

• Completed studies or technical training in pharmaceutical engineering, life sciences engineering, process engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, engineering or a comparable field.
• More than 10 years of professional experience in plant engineering or plant planning and/or pharmaceutical production.
• Strong interdisciplinary understanding and willingness to proactively contribute knowledge to the team in the form of solution-oriented approaches.
• Excellent GMP knowledge as well as active monitoring of regulatory developments or involvement in relevant professional associations and working groups.
• Strong communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong customer focus, pronounced empathy, and the ability to inspire and demonstrate leadership in customer relationships.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
