As a (Senior) Specialist Finance & Controlling, you will support our regional finance team in Italy and act as a reliable partner for project managers, business leads, and central functions. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans for our Italian entities Execute monthly closings and provide variance analyses and performance reports Collaborate closely with the regional controlling team and act as an interface to the central finance organization in Germany and other international sites Monitor project and cost center performance and proactively evaluate deviations Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with IFRS and local standards Consult with project and department managers regarding cost development and financial KPIs Continuously improve our financial controlling processes and reporting tools Show your expertise Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 3+ years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international and project-driven environment Solid knowledge of budget planning, forecasting, and management reporting Experience with SAP FI/CO and strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus Fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian skills are an advantage Strong communicator with intercultural competence and a proactive mindset Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
