We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, AI-Augmented Full-Stack Engineer to join our Wealth . This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Embrace Engineering 2.0 practices by actively using AI-augmented development workflows in your day-to-day work, contributing to team velocity and quality improvements • Use AI coding assistants (Windsurf, Claude Code) and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to accelerate your software delivery, automate routine tasks, and maintain high engineering standards • Contribute to the design and development of scalable solutions that integrate machine learning models, event streaming pipelines, and cloud-native services on Azure and AWS • Support the implementation of data platforms using Snowflake, helping to build and maintain integrations with broader enterprise data ecosystems • Assist in building and maintaining event streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event Hubs) to support high-throughput financial data flows • Develop and maintain full-stack features using .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL, writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code • Participate in technical workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, actively learning and contributing to discussions on AI-augmented development and cloud patterns • Support team members through peer collaboration and pair programming, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning • Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and data teams to understand and apply best practices for cloud infrastructure and data pipeline design • Participate in code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality across the team • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and practices, helping to drive effective and adaptive workflows To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • Enthusiasm for AI-augmented development, with exposure to or willingness to learn tools such as Windsurf, Claude Code, and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) • An understanding of Engineering 2.0 principles and a desire to use AI and intelligent automation to enhance how software is designed, built, and deployed • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and an interest in integrating ML capabilities into applications and data pipelines • Exposure to or willingness to learn Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics • Awareness of event streaming concepts and technologies such as Apache Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or AWS Kinesis • Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS cloud services, with a willingness to deepen your cloud skills across compute, storage, and serverless offerings • Working experience with .NET/C#, Angular, and SQL for building applications and data access layers • Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming • Experience or exposure to Agile delivery practices (ideally Scrum) • Knowledge of TDD, Continuous Integration, and automation practices • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git) • Ability to analyse designs and code and contribute constructive feedback • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom [https://www.bnymellon.com/newsroom] BNY LinkedIn [https://www.linkedin.com/company/bny-mellon] Here’s a few of our recent awards: • America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 • World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 • “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
