Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist - General Ledger to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's general ledger, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee general ledger operations including journal entry processing and account reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare and review financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during periodic audits. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly. Assist in enhancing accounting procedures and controls. Stay current with accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in general ledger or accounting roles. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles such as IFRS or GAAP. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
