As a Senior Specialist General Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of health conditions, providing patient-centered care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of medical conditions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient management. Provide health promotion and preventive care advice to patients and communities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with certification or fellowship in General Practice. Proven experience as a General Practitioner with expertise in managing diverse patient populations. Strong clinical knowledge across a wide range of general medical conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
