As a Senior Specialist in General Surgery, you will be instrumental in providing expert surgical care, managing complex surgical cases, and contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on innovation and superior health outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of advanced general surgical procedures with exceptional skill and precision. Take a leading role in case management and clinical decision-making for complex patient conditions. Mentor and support junior surgical staff and trainees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence. Engage in pre-operative planning, post-operative management, and patient follow-up to ensure optimal recovery. Stay updated with the latest surgical techniques, technology, and research within general surgery. Collaborate effectively across specialties and departments to improve patient care protocols. Participate in hospital committees, quality assurance, and clinical research projects. Qualifications: Possession of a Medical degree with completion of General Surgery residency training. Board certification or equivalent credentialing in General Surgery. Significant experience as a General Surgeon, preferably with prior roles in leading healthcare facilities. Expertise in a broad spectrum of complex surgical procedures. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with aptitude for mentoring multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills and patient-centric approach. Commitment to high ethical standards, patient safety, and continuous professional development. Experience in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives is an advantage.
