Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced surgical procedures and manage a variety of complex surgical cases. Lead and mentor junior surgical staff and residents, fostering professional development. Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations and develop customized surgical plans for patients. Provide comprehensive post-operative care, ensuring optimal recovery for patients. Stay abreast of the latest developments in surgical techniques and technologies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care services within the facility. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research as applicable. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of a residency program in General Surgery. Board certification in General Surgery is required. Extensive experience as a General Surgeon, particularly in a senior or leadership role within the private sector. Proficiency in performing a variety of complex surgical procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide surgical teams.
