We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Global Client Management to join our EMEA Growth team. This role is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  * Partner closely with senior leadership: work with the Country Manager and EMEA leadership team to prepare updates and talking points, and drive coordination of delivery across stakeholders.  * Surface insights that move the needle: turn client and segment research into sharp insights - spot trends, surface opportunities, and translate these into actionable client and commercial opportunities  * Bring proposals to life: partner with product, coverage, and regional teams to build polished proposals and materials - accurate, tailored, and ready for senior client conversations, while supporting deal and opportunity development. * Create momentum: keep CRM/pipeline data accurate, produce punchy reporting, and flag risks and dependencies early so the team stays ahead of deadlines, with clear visibility on pipeline progression.  * Make client meetings count: build crisp briefs and agendas, pull together materials fast, and support senior team members in client meetings and follow-ups to insure continuity and progress.  * Keep stakeholders close: draft clear, client-ready communications and send timely updates that remove blockers and keep workstreams moving, taking ownership of assigned deliverables    To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  * Operate bilingually: fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken. * Bring a strong foundation: 3-5 years in client management, sales support, business development, or a related role within financial services, preferably within asset management, asset servicing, markets, or institutional client coverage.  * Stay curious and client-first: bring energy to learning the business, spotting needs, and supporting commercial opportunities, with exposure to client facing environments.  * Think analytically; act practically: connect client needs and market signals to clear next steps - strong briefs, sharp talking points, and tight follow-ups, with the ability to support proposal and opportunity development * Bring commercial edge: care about growth and relationships, taking ownership of deliverables that move client plans forward, while contributing to pipeline and client engagement efforts.  * Collaborate across cultures: work smoothly with diverse colleagues and clients, using strong judgment in a global environment, including coordination with regional and global teams.  * Stay organised under pressure: juggle priorities, hit deadlines, and deliver in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high-quality, client-ready outputs At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom [https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html] BNY LinkedIn  [https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all]    Here’s a few of our recent awards:  * America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 * World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 * “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards:  BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
