Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and provide surgical treatments for patients with various hand and upper extremity conditions. Perform advanced surgical procedures, including trauma surgeries, reconstructions, and microsurgeries. Mentor junior surgeons and medical staff, sharing your knowledge and best practices. Collaborate with other specialists to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate multidisciplinary care. Contribute to the healthcare facility's outreach programs and public health initiatives. Participate in research activities and continuous education to advance the field of hand surgery. Medical degree with valid licensing to practice as a Senior Specialist Hand Surgeon. Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopedic or Plastic Surgery, plus a fellowship in Hand Surgery. Extensive experience in treating a wide array of hand and upper extremity conditions. Proven proficiency in performing complex hand surgical procedures. Strong understanding of government healthcare regulations and practices. Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively. Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on patient engagement and community interaction. Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate complex cases and make evidence-based decisions.
