Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Specialist - Health & Safety to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the organization’s health and safety initiatives, contributing to the development and enforcement of policies that safeguard our employees, contractors, and visitors. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain workplace H&S procedures. • Lead audits, compliance reviews, and inspections. • Oversee ergonomics assessments and employee comfort initiatives across all offices. • Manage contractor H&S activities including permits, inductions, and compliance. • Track H&S KPIs and report trends. • Coordinate fire drills and emergency simulations across multiple areas. • Maintain Fire Warden and First Aider programs. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. +4 years of corporate or mixed-use H&S experience.. No issues if experience are related to construction health and safety roles. Knowledge of office ergonomics. Knowledge of fire life safety systems. Experience managing contractor safety in occupied buildings. Confident in audits and engagement with senior stakeholders.
