About the Role The Senior Specialist - Hospitality Assets Strategy at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a pivotal role in shaping our hospitality portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the hospitality industry to contribute to our vision of creating world-class entertainment and leisure experiences in Saudi Arabia. You will work alongside a dynamic team to develop and execute strategies for hospitality assets from concept through to operational readiness. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of strategies for the hospitality asset portfolio, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation offerings. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making regarding hospitality investments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s overall strategy and vision. Analyze operational and financial performance data from hospitality assets, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Support the development of business plans, financial models, and investment proposals for new hospitality projects. Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and regulatory changes affecting the hospitality landscape. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Participate in stakeholder meetings and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project execution and goal achievement. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality asset management, development, or strategic planning
