We are seeking a Senior Specialist - HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) to provide strategic HR support to this dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning HR initiatives with our incubation goals and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Incubation Team leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive performance. Partner with management to identify talent needs, implement workforce planning strategies, and enhance employee engagement and retention efforts. Drive the recruitment process for the incubation projects, ensuring timely attraction and selection of top-tier talent. Support employee development through coaching, mentorship, and training initiatives tailored to meet project-specific needs. Manage employee relations and address any workplace issues with sensitivity and discretion. Analyze workforce metrics and employee feedback to identify trends and inform HR strategies, ensuring the right resources are allocated effectively. Facilitate organizational change initiatives related to the incubation projects, promoting a positive culture and minimizing resistance. Provide guidance on performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and supporting managers in performance evaluations. Develop and implement HR programs that enhance team dynamics and support the agile work environment necessary for incubation success. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging HR practices to inform strategic HR initiatives across the incubation team. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. 4-6 years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment. Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management strategies. Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and lead discussions. Experience in driving change management and culture transformation initiatives. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and drive evidence-based HR decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation, fostering a collaborative work environment.
