Description

Approximately 3 years of experience in strategy consulting (preferred) or internal consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles, with exposure to senior stakeholders and executive‑level deliverables
Experience in healthcare, manpower planning, workforce, or human capital projects preferred
Strong critical thinking, structured problem‑solving, and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, modeling, scenario and cost analysis) and exceptional PowerPoint skills with strong executive storyboarding and visual clarity
Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent Arabic (spoken; read, and written) - is a plus
High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, professional maturity, and confidence working in fast‑paced environments with senior leaders
