To enhance our successful QUALITY ENGINEERING FRONTEND-CHQ2 Team in China in Chongqing, we are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist I QE Front End CHQ 2Your Responsibilities Customer specification transfer, Inspection standard setup, Customer correlation FMEA, Control Plan and other doc. review and update, PCS health monitoring, OK2SHIP reporting Metrology stability monitoring & measurement plan, operators qualification/training Perform verification and validation on process qualification & process change Perform HVM readiness review and risk assessment, and buy off HVM release Plant health indicator monitoring (4+9), Yield target setting, monitoring & validation, customer reporting yield Periodically process audit, management audit, defect audit, tooling audit, OQC performance review Your Profile Degree from university or higher technical college Knowledge of QMS like IATF16949 Knowledge of quality tools like SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP,FMEA, CP Knowledge of project management Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000,...) Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred PCB or electronic industry related experience preferred (Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage) Experience with manufacturing excellence system development is preferred Good analytical skills with attention to details Good stress management skills Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin would be of advantage) Open minded approach Good team working spirit and leadership skills Good communication and negotiation skills Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel) Willingness to travel and stay abroad for a certain time in one or our locations Ready for a new challenge to advance your career?
