Supervise and mentor junior surgeons and healthcare staff in surgical techniques and patient management. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Engage in multidisciplinary case reviews, providing expert insight and collaborating with other medical professionals. Ensure the highest standards of surgical care while adhering to safety and ethical guidelines. Participate in research activities and stay abreast of advancements in the field. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with a recognized depth of expertise. Proven track record in performing complex surgical procedures effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising surgical teams. Excellent diagnostic, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
