As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for performing specialized interventional radiology procedures that improve patient diagnosis and treatment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in advancing clinical care standards through best practices and innovation. Responsibilities Carry out advanced interventional radiology procedures, including vascular and non-vascular interventions Provide expert consultation and collaborate with physicians across various specialties to optimize patient care Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and radiology trainees Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, health regulations, and safety standards Participate actively in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all procedures and patient interactions Stay updated with the latest advancements in interventional radiology through professional development Medical degree with valid board certification in Interventional Radiology At least 5 years of hands-on experience in interventional radiology, preferably within governmental or tertiary care hospital settings Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff Excellent clinical acumen with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Effective communication and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary collaboration Commitment to following healthcare regulations, protocols, and safety measures Willingness to engage in ongoing education and research Eligibility to work in the UAE and relevant licensing as required by local health authorities Good salary packages plus other standard benefits like accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc.
