Description
Investigate workplace issues/concerns raised through internal Company channels and some externally filed complaints, including complaints of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other violations of Company policy Work with various Company functions, operating committee members, the Office of the General Counsel, and outside counsel on related issues Prepare, track, and maintain appropriate investigation documentation Develop and implement investigation plans Manage employee data and statements in a highly confidential manner Support grievance, arbitration and litigation process from investigations Analyze case activity and determine trends/recommendations for proactive actions Established and active employee resource groups Bachelor's degree 3+ years of HR investigative experience Prior experience in a manufacturing and/or complex multi facility environment Prior experience specifically conducting EEO/harassment or other investigations Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and matrixed work environment. Master's degree in a Human Resource related field HR generalist and/or Labor specialist experience Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors and integrity combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and oral /written communication skills
