Join us and be part of something extraordinary.   We’re seeking a future team member for the role Senior Specialist, Investor Services Operations, to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. This role is located in Westborough, MA.   In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Conducts, analyzes, and reports on transfer agency operations activities for clients of moderate complexity * Leads client onboarding and internal conversions * Conducts key metric reporting and consults/provides oversight to daily Transfer Agency processes * Assists management with day-to-day operations, resolving escalated issues, and improving productivity through process review and control enhancements * Leads project management initiatives and onboarding for new clients, and develops relationships with technology and line of business teams as Subject Matter Experts * Analyzes business data to identify trends, mitigate risk, enhance client relationships, and identify new products/services to increase revenue * Participates in client engagement regarding new products, services, or key business changes * Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed and contributes to team objectives   To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required * 3–5 years of total work experience preferred * Experience in transfer agency operations preferred * Ability to apply key controls/processes to identify potential risk * Strong project management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills   At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn   Here’s a few of our recent awards: * America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 * World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 * “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025   Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy. The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting.  Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
