Job Purpose: The Sr. Specialist, Business Analysis is responsible for leading the analysis and management of Business Enablement Applications, including both ERP and non-ERP solutions. This role ensures alignment with operational business analysts regarding process changes and their impacts. The incumbent will manage the services delivered to the business under the Applications Tracks, ensuring service quality, documenting processes and progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and overseeing financials and contracts related to licenses and technical resources. Additionally, the role supports strategic planning and execution of application services to meet evolving business needs. Key Accountabilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Analyze project estimations to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain project tracking tools to monitor progress and identify risks. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements. Document business processes, requirements, and user stories. Support the implementation of new systems and business processes. Contribute to project planning, execution, and closure activities. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage ERP and non-ERP application services delivered to the business. Ensure the quality, continuity, and performance of application services. Oversee contracts related to ERP and non-ERP services, including vendor coordination and compliance monitoring. Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Education: Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering. Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis and IT application management.
