About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 Job Description: The Senior Specialist, IT Project Management the role is an essential project leader in delivering projects on time, within budget, aligned with strategic goals. Overseeing and providing project status updates, issues, risks to the project team, working closely with technology delivery leads in finalizing requirements with product team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion. Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management. Implement project management best practices and methodologies. Monitor project performance and implement changes as necessary to ensure project goals are met. Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations. Develop key stakeholder relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Project Management, or a related field; Overall professional experience 3 - 5 years Financial Service experience and understanding of functionality. Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects. Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet). Highly proficient in MS Office products. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
