ABOUT THE TEAM

The Customer Experience (Marketing) team works to showcase our brand through the lens of expertise and love. They work to provide a personalized experience for our consumers backed by best-in-class, data-driven marketing capabilities. The Customer Experience team focuses across 4 departments including, Marketing, Creative, Communications, and our Loyalty & CRM team. Everyone brings their own point of view to create a unique experience for the pets and pet parents.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions
  • Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate data to inform decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for updates and reporting

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
  • 2-3+ years of relevant professional experience, including marketing, loyalty programs, CRM, buying/planning, or finance roles
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis)
  • Comfortable using Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations, with ability to learn new skills as needed
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end offer strategy, forecast, execution and reporting
  • Provide subject matter expertise on loyalty platform functionality, troubleshooting, and process standards
  • Partner with CRM and Creative teams to align promotional messaging and execution
  • Maintain and update offer documentation including metadata, SKU lists and calendar
  • Provide reporting and performance insights to cross-functional partners
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve execution efficiency
  • Support training and knowledge sharing with teammates on platform best practices
